TimerEnter the duration for your work intervals and rest intervals. For work intervals, set minutes and seconds for how long each work period should last. For rest intervals, set how long each break should be.
Set how many work-rest cycles you want to complete. For example, if you want to do 8 rounds of 1 minute work followed by 30 seconds rest, enter those values and set rounds to 8.
Click the "Start" button to begin your interval workout. The timer will start with a work interval, then automatically switch to rest when complete, and continue cycling through all rounds.
The timer plays a sound when switching between work and rest intervals, so you can keep your eyes on your activity without checking the screen.
